The Introductory Yoga class will familiarize you with the basics of yoga, particularly with the Iyengar style, which is known worldwide for its precision, alignment and safety in each pose. You will learn about basic poses and alignment, yoga philosophy, and explore ways to start an at-home yoga practice.

With one month unlimited classes, you can immerse yourself in yoga to get the most our of this new experience.
