Mindful Yoga for Chronic Pain with Abby Hatfield

This eight week series beginning on January 24 will give you tools to manage stress, increase resilience, and relieve tension associated with chronic pain. Classes include gentle stretches and breathing techniques, review of chronic pain research, group discussion, and meditation. Home practice support and recordings will be provided. **This evidence-based yoga program has been effective in demonstrating significant improvement in pain. No prior yoga experience is necessary.
